This site is operated by Crank Analytics LLC ("CRANK," "we," "us"). You can reach us any time at hello@crankrcm.com. This policy explains what we collect through crankrcm.com and how we handle it.
What we do not collect
The CRANK product is intentionally designed to operate with zero Protected Health Information (PHI) and zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about patients. We never ingest patient names, clinical data, or health records — only contract, code, date, and payment information. This website, likewise, collects no health or patient data of any kind.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form or email us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, work email, work mobile, company name, headquarters location, the number of payer contracts you manage, your message, and your marketing-consent choice.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, referring source, approximate (city-level) location, and device/browser type.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations or demos.
- To send you product and launch updates — only if you've consented, and you can opt out any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We use cookies and third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) to measure site performance and usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may work differently if you do.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example email and productivity (Google Workspace), website hosting, analytics, scheduling, and workflow automation — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up with you and to meet our legal and business obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices & rights
You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights. To make a request, email hello@crankrcm.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
CRANK is a business product not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
